Brother to the king. Influenced by Japanese fashion.
Blue taffeta underkimono with green sequined trim at collar; green cotton damask overkimono and cape, trimmed in two-tone silk and beaded trim, and beaded with leaf designs; stiffened gold crepe satin obi with grommets in back for lacing; braided green belt; flower crown.

The obi was stiffened with latchhook mesh! It's more breathable than the vinyl I usually insert into such belts.
Beading is deliberately only on the left side of the cape, since the hair would tangle with it on the right
