Indis the Fair
(August 2015)
I was hoping to make a somewhat revealing outfit that would make me feel like a queen. It worked!
Pink chiffon wrap skirt with decorative stitching; ivory brocade bodice with connected open-shoulder organza sleeves, cuffed and beaded; statement flower crown.
Initial design
The final costume diverged enormously, but both the bodice shape and the floral elements remained!

I'm not quite sure how this costume came out as well as it did, when I had zero idea how to make patterns....
